Altis: What's so special?
If people make us special, method makes us efficient. Altis is more than the classic architecture, engineering and project management firm. Here, we start with people: their aspirations, their everyday challenges, and the environments in which they live and work. Guided by a neuroscience-based approach, we design spaces that embrace the human experience, fostering connections, productivity and well-being. Our integrated skills guarantee a smooth project path that, from concept to realization, transforms ideas into environments where life and work can grow together

Why do we do it
The Altis proprietary research

From people, through people, for people.
We started from what we knew: Activity-Based Working (ABW) has long been a cornerstone in office design, but the global pandemic has reshaped our understanding of the workplace, highlighting the importance of emotional and psychological wellbeing.
Employees now seek environments that not only support their tasks but also cater to their holistic needs. This shift has led to a People-Centric Performance approach in office design. This paradigm considers every human dimension. Altis, with its proprietary research led by Architect Nicoletta Brancaccio, pushes the innovation forward exploring innovative solutions for the workplaces of the future: adaptable and inspiring just as the people who use them.
CONSULT. DESIGN. DELIVER
We believe that there is no success without method. This is why we have invested particular care in creating a unique and distinctive methodology. A synergy of complementary factors allow us to take every project from concept to realization, respecting time and budget. For you.
