The “A New Wave of Working” concept is inspired by the fluid, undulating lines of the Oriente Green Campus, translating this sense of movement into a workspace that prioritises holistic well-being. Every design element—from materials to furnishings—has been carefully selected to reflect the client’s leadership in the fashion and luxury industries.

AN INNOVATIVE DESIGN

Altis has designed a sustainable and cutting-edge workspace, combining smart technologies with premium materials. Meeting rooms, integrated into carefully designed volumes, structure the open space while ensuring privacy and adding a striking visual impact. The connection between indoor and outdoor spaces is enhanced through spacious lounge areas, strategically positioned near entrances, terraces, and key building intersections.

TAILOR-MADE LOOK & FEEL

To meet the client’s high expectations, Altis initially developed two distinct design moodboards, offering two different interpretations of the new office aesthetic. The first, inspired by Lisbon’s iconic aesthetic elements, draws from decorative tiles, historic shopfronts, traditional furnishings, balconies, and vintage signage. The second, more technological and minimalist, features geometric patterns, sleek lighting, a contrast of light and dark tones, and exposed ceiling systems.
