Non vogliono \u201ccambiare il mondo\u201d (spoiler: a quello ci pensano gi\u00e0 il cambiamento climatico e i mutui a tasso variabile), hanno semplicemente smesso di cercare il posto fisso in cambio del posto giusto.\nLa questione \u00e8 semplice: se devo passare otto ore al giorno da qualche parte, voglio sapere perch\u00e9. Ma non a scapito della mia salute mentale.\u201d (Chi l\u2019ha detto? Edoardo, 23 anni, consulente. Medita ogni mattina. Abbastanza chiari da far tremare i neon a soffitto:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\">La Gen Z \u00e8 gi\u00e0 la generazione pi\u00f9 rappresentata negli spazi di lavoro. Entro il 2030, costituir\u00e0 il 30% della forza lavoro globale. <i>Non \u00e8 un pubblico \u201cfuturo\u201d: \u00e8 gi\u00e0 qui.<\/i><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\">Il 78% preferisce ambienti ibridi, ma ben progettati. <i>E no, la sala riunioni con le luci a led non conta<\/i><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\">Solo il 30% si sente coinvolto dal proprio ambiente fisico di lavoro. <i>Tradotto: il restante 70% costretto in una stanzetta con un middle manager sul collo, sta gi\u00e0 dando le dimissioni<\/i><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\">Cercano autenticit\u00e0, scelte sostenibili, flessibilit\u00e0 reale. <i>E spazi che diano un motivo per restare piuttosto che uno per fuggire.<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La questione \u201csalario adeguato\u201d l\u2019abbiamo gi\u00e0 citata? In effetti, ci sarebbe anche quella. Morale della favola: non vogliono un\u2019azienda diversa. Cercano luoghi che parlino la lingua della coerenza, della trasparenza e, s\u00ec, anche della gentilezza.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chi oggi riesce a progettare culture e ambienti cos\u00ec (flessibili ma chiari, caldi ma strutturati) si sta gi\u00e0 portando avanti. Il resto? Pu\u00f2 pure continuare a riempire l\u2019ufficio di pouf colorati. Il problema \u00e8 che state ancora cercando di trattenerli con i buoni pasto. Invece, potreste iniziare con una domanda semplice: \u201cSe oggi avessi 24 anni, resterei in questo ufficio?\u201d Se la risposta \u00e8 no, \u00e8 il momento di fare spazio.
