Empatia, intelligenza emotiva, gestione dello stress. Belle parole, troppo spesso ridotte a postille su un elenco di perfomance individuale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ma se fossimo davanti a un cambio di tendenza, se il modo in cui sentiamo fosse parte integrante del modo in cui lavoriamo? Questa domanda non nasce dalla filosofia, ma dalla psicologia cognitiva, dalle neuroscienze, dall\u2019antropologia organizzativa.
