Hai impostato l\u2019out of office. Hai caricato tre libri sul Kindle. Eppure sei ancora l\u00ec: un occhio al tramonto, l\u2019altro alle notifiche. Se ti riconosci, non sei solo. Succede a molti. Perch\u00e9 non \u00e8 semplicemente questione di disconnettere un telefono: dobbiamo spegnere un\u2019intera cultura. Lo abbiamo capito parlando con <b>Nicoletta Brancaccio, Architetto &amp; Head of Research di Altis<\/b>, che ci ha aiutati ad esplorare gli elementi di questo paradosso \u201cestivo\u201d: perch\u00e9 facciamo fatica a staccare, e come lo spazio, mentale e fisico, pu\u00f2 aiutarci a farlo meglio.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spoiler: non abbiamo pozioni magiche o moralismi da fornire. Il nostro cervello \u00e8 attratto da stimoli e notifiche continui: ognuno una micro-ricompensa, una piccola dose di dopamina istantanea. Spegnere tutto equivale a togliere l\u2019ossigeno a un\u2019abitudine sedimentata. Ma c\u2019\u00e8 di pi\u00f9. Come ci ricorda Nicoletta: <i>\u201cDisconnettersi non significa non fare nulla. Significa mettersi nelle condizioni di elaborare qualcosa di nuovo<\/i>. \u00c8 una pausa attiva, non passiva.\u201d In altre parole, il detox non \u00e8 uno stop, ma un cambio di marcia. Il momento in cui si attivano forme di <i>pensiero laterale<\/i>: soluzioni creative che emergono quando usciamo dagli schemi consueti. Non a caso, le migliori idee arrivano durante una passeggiata o sotto l'ombrellone: il momento \u00e8 quello giusto!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><script id=\"script-row-unique-2\" data-row=\"script-row-unique-2\" type=\"text\/javascript\" class=\"vc_controls\">UNCODE.initRow(document.getElementById(\"row-unique-2\"));<\/script><\/div><\/div><\/div><div data-parent=\"true\" class=\"vc_row limit-width row-container\" id=\"row-unique-3\"><div class=\"row single-top-padding single-bottom-padding single-h-padding row-parent\"><div class=\"wpb_row row-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_column pos-top pos-center align_left column_parent col-lg-12 single-internal-gutter\"><div class=\"uncol style-light\"  ><div class=\"uncoltable\"><div class=\"uncell\" ><div class=\"uncont no-block-padding col-custom-width\" style=\" max-width:804px;\" ><div class=\"vc_custom_heading_wrap\"><div class=\"heading-text el-text\" ><h3 class=\"font-480443 h3\" ><span><b>Quando il disturbo \u00e8 una buona notizia<\/b><\/span><\/h3><\/div><div class=\"clear\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"uncode_text_column\" ><p class=\"translation-block\">Lo spazio pu\u00f2 aiutarci a staccare, ma pu\u00f2 anche renderlo pi\u00f9 difficile. La verit\u00e0, dice Nicoletta, \u00e8 che <i>\u201cnon serve spegnere il Wi-Fi: serve attivare la curiosit\u00e0. E per farlo, a volte, occorre disturbare. Non nel senso di creare disagio, ma nel senso di rompere lo schema, sorprendere.\u201d<\/i> \u00c8 cos\u00ec che si apre uno spiraglio: nasce un\u2019attenzione nuova, si crea un\u2019emozione imprevista. <i>\u201cIl disturbo non \u00e8 una disfunzione, \u00e8 una leva generativa.\u201d<\/i> Gli spazi troppo simmetrici, monotoni, prevedibili finiscono per spegnerci. Mentre la luce che cambia intensit\u00e0, la geometria non ortogonale o un corridoio che si biforca hanno la capacit\u00e0 di riattivarci. Ma per progettarli serve consapevolezza: meno arredi instagrammabili, pi\u00f9 linguaggi multisensoriali che solleticano continuamente l\u2019attenzione.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><script id=\"script-row-unique-3\" data-row=\"script-row-unique-3\" type=\"text\/javascript\" class=\"vc_controls\">UNCODE.initRow(document.getElementById(\"row-unique-3\"));<\/script><\/div><\/div><\/div><div data-parent=\"true\" class=\"vc_row limit-width row-container\" id=\"row-unique-4\"><div class=\"row single-top-padding single-bottom-padding single-h-padding row-parent\"><div class=\"wpb_row row-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_column pos-top pos-center align_left column_parent col-lg-12 single-internal-gutter\"><div class=\"uncol style-light\"  ><div class=\"uncoltable\"><div class=\"uncell\" ><div class=\"uncont no-block-padding col-custom-width\" style=\" max-width:804px;\" ><div class=\"vc_custom_heading_wrap\"><div class=\"heading-text el-text\" ><h3 class=\"font-480443 h3\" ><span><b>Il vuoto non \u00e8 tempo perso: \u00e8 tempo fertile <\/b><\/span><\/h3><\/div><div class=\"clear\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"uncode_text_column\" ><p class=\"translation-block\"><i>\u201cPer rigenerarsi davvero, serve attraversare una soglia. E quella soglia \u00e8 fatta di noia, vuoto, silenzio.\u201d<\/i> Nicoletta ci ricorda una cosa poco intuitiva: i momenti morti servono. Sono una fase necessaria, uno spazio intermedio in cui il cervello smette di reagire e comincia a riorganizzare: pensieri, ricordi, emozioni. Un tempo che non produce subito, ma prepara il terreno. Peccato che nessuno ce lo insegni: perch\u00e9 questo accada, dobbiamo rallentare ma, soprattutto sentirci autorizzati a farlo. Ed ecco l'inghippo: viviamo in una cultura della performance. Anche nel tempo libero: vacanze iper-organizzate, sveglia per la mindfulness, to-do list di cose da fare. Il vuoto \u00e8 il tempo della incubazione, ma occorre accoglierlo per trarne i benefici.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Nessuno qui sta suggerendo di scagliare lo smartphone dalla finestra (anche se \u00e8 quasi irresistibile). Non serve sparire, ma capire da dove ricominciare. Il detox non \u00e8 solo una pausa dal Wi-Fi o una sfida a chi resiste di pi\u00f9 senza aprire WhatsApp, ma una <i>\u201cforma di lucidit\u00e0 applicata\u201d<\/i> pi\u00f9 corporea, e relazionale. <i>\u201cOgni gesto parte da un\u2019intenzione. Anche l\u2019empatia \u00e8 un\u2019attivazione intenzionale. Ecco perch\u00e9 serve progettare ambienti che non solo ci ospitano, ma ci ascoltano.\u201d<\/i> In fondo, siamo esseri naturali. E la natura, come ci ricorda Nicoletta, <i>\u201c\u00e8 la forma pi\u00f9 alta di imperfezione intelligente\u201d<\/i>. \u00c8 tempo di ispirarsi a lei.
