Cos\u00ec \u00e8 stato venduto l\u2019open space: la soluzione definitiva per rendere le aziende pi\u00f9 collaborative, dinamiche, \u201ccool\u201d. E invece? Nella realt\u00e0 la colonna sonora \u00e8 fatta di rumore, distrazioni, telefonate in vivavoce e cuffie noise-cancelling come unica forma di autodifesa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019open space \u00e8 diventato lo standard, ma non per questo funziona sempre. In teoria, la formula sarebbe: pi\u00f9 prossimit\u00e0 = pi\u00f9 collaborazione. In pratica, pi\u00f9 prossimit\u00e0 = pi\u00f9 pausa caff\u00e8 e chiacchiera. Ogni interruzione spezza quelli che possiamo chiamare \u201ccicli attentivi\u201d: uno studio recente di <a href=\"https:\/\/toggl.com\/blog\/workplace-distractions\">Toggl Blog<\/a> segnala che servono in media 23 minuti per recuperare la concentrazione persa dopo una distrazione. Moltiplichiamolo per dieci micro-distrazioni al giorno ed \u00e8 chiaro perch\u00e9 i phone booth sono diventati lo status-symbol dell\u2019open space. La questione \u00e8 pi\u00f9 sottile e sta nel progettare spazi che rispettino i diversi registri cognitivi ed emotivi delle persone: c\u2019\u00e8 chi ha bisogno di isolamento per concentrarsi, chi di condivisione per generare idee, chi di movimento per trovare energia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Qui entra in gioco il nostro approccio <b>Emotion Based Working<\/b>: leggere e progettare gli spazi a partire dalle emozioni che devono sostenere, non dal dogma architettonico del momento. Non esiste un modello unico, ma un ecosistema di possibilit\u00e0.
