L\u2019obiettivo era farli lavorare insieme.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><script id=\"script-row-unique-2\" data-row=\"script-row-unique-2\" type=\"text\/javascript\" class=\"vc_controls\">UNCODE.initRow(document.getElementById(\"row-unique-2\"));<\/script><\/div><\/div><\/div><div data-parent=\"true\" class=\"vc_row limit-width row-container\" id=\"row-unique-3\"><div class=\"row single-top-padding single-bottom-padding single-h-padding row-parent\"><div class=\"wpb_row row-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_column pos-top pos-center align_left column_parent col-lg-12 single-internal-gutter\"><div class=\"uncol style-light\"  ><div class=\"uncoltable\"><div class=\"uncell\" ><div class=\"uncont no-block-padding col-custom-width\" style=\" max-width:804px;\" ><div class=\"vc_custom_heading_wrap\"><div class=\"heading-text el-text\" ><h3 class=\"font-480443 h3\" ><span><b>La strategia progettuale Altis: tre mosse che fanno sistema<\/b><\/span><\/h3><\/div><div class=\"clear\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"uncode_text_column\" ><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La prima mossa \u00e8 stata quella pi\u00f9 strutturale poich\u00e9 riguardava il cuore dell\u2019edificio: creare un nuovo corpo bagni per garantire le due funzioni, formativa e operativa, senza interferenze.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><i>\u201cL\u2019edificio era molto profondo: serviva un secondo nucleo per dare autonomia a academy e uffici. \u00c8 stata una scelta tecnica, ma soprattutto organizzativa.\u201d<\/i> \nCon questo intervento, le due entit\u00e0 trovano finalmente una distribuzione coerente.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">La seconda mossa riguardava l\u2019organizzazione delle viste e la loro fruizione come vera matrice del progetto. <i>\u201cLa vista sulla piazza era splendida: luce, profondit\u00e0, orizzonte. Gli uffici dovevano stare l\u00ec. Al contrario, l\u2019accademia non aveva bisogno di panorama essendoci i prodotti, gli schermi e l\u2019esperienza formativa.\u201d<\/i> Per schermare la corte interna, poco valorizzante, Altis utilizza un sistema continuo di piante integrate che filtra la luce e migliora la qualit\u00e0 percettiva dello showroom.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Infine, il nodo pi\u00f9 complesso era il core tecnico centrale: irregolare, visivamente caotico, interrotto da porte, impianti e segnaletiche. Isabella lo ricorda bene: <i>\u201cEra un punto che necessitava di ordine. Cos\u00ec abbiamo pensato a un elemento che non fosse solo estetico, ma efficiente.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Nasce cos\u00ec la <b>Brand Gallery<\/b>, un volume unico che corre a tutta altezza lungo il perimetro del core. Una soluzione che:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">riordina il nucleo nascondendo impianti e discontinuit\u00e0;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">funziona da storage continuo per entrambe le aree;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">si apre nei punti strategici per diventare un vero showcase dei prodotti JPMS;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">collega idealmente academy e uffici, diventando una spina dorsale narrativa e operativa.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><i>\u201cEra tutto molto frammentato.
