Il problema \u00e8 che i progetti non restano mai identici a se stessi. Tra briefing, design development, scelte di materiali, cost planning e tendering, il progetto si chiarisce, si affina, a volte cambia direzione. Per questo un computo statico rischia di diventare rapidamente meno affidabile proprio mentre il progetto entra nelle sue fasi pi\u00f9 decisive. Il punto, per\u00f2, non \u00e8 che il budget iniziale sia sbagliato. Al contrario: in Altis crediamo che la direzione economica vada fissata chiaramente fin da RIBA Stage 01, cos\u00ec che il progetto abbia da subito un perimetro solido. Da l\u00ec in poi, quella direzione va mantenuta con disciplina, salvo che il Cliente scelga esplicitamente di cambiare scope, qualit\u00e0 o ambizione.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><script id=\"script-row-unique-2\" data-row=\"script-row-unique-2\" type=\"text\/javascript\" class=\"vc_controls\">UNCODE.initRow(document.getElementById(\"row-unique-2\"));<\/script><\/div><\/div><\/div><div data-parent=\"true\" class=\"vc_row limit-width row-container\" id=\"row-unique-3\"><div class=\"row single-top-padding single-bottom-padding single-h-padding row-parent\"><div class=\"wpb_row row-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_column pos-top pos-center align_left column_parent col-lg-12 single-internal-gutter\"><div class=\"uncol style-light\"  ><div class=\"uncoltable\"><div class=\"uncell\" ><div class=\"uncont no-block-padding col-custom-width\" style=\" max-width:804px;\" ><div class=\"vc_custom_heading_wrap\"><div class=\"heading-text el-text\" ><h3 class=\"font-480443 h3\" ><span><b>Che cos\u2019\u00e8 il progressive budgeting (e come lo usiamo noi)<\/b><\/span><\/h3><\/div><div class=\"clear\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"uncode_text_column\" ><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con progressive budgeting intendiamo un approccio in cui il budget non \u00e8 mai \u201carchiviato\u201d, ma viene rivisto, aggiornato e ricalibrato a ogni fase rilevante del progetto, man mano che il livello di definizione cresce.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All' <\/span><b>inizio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, il budget \u00e8 una stima basata su brief, parametri e benchmark.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante <\/span><b>il design development<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ogni nuova opzione, ogni cambiamento di materiale o impianto, \u00e8 immediatamente tradotto in un aggiornamento di costo, cos\u00ec da capire subito se si sta deviando o rimanendo dentro il perimetro.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nella <\/span><b>fase di tendering<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, le offerte dei fornitori non sorprendono: sono gi\u00e0 incrociate con le stime aggiornate, cos\u00ec che variazioni e rischi emergano in tempo, non in fattura.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Non si tratta di \u201caspettare\u201d il cantiere per accorgersi dei problemi, ma di costruire un quadro finanziario che diventa sempre pi\u00f9 preciso, affidabile e leggibile mentre il progetto avanza.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><script id=\"script-row-unique-3\" data-row=\"script-row-unique-3\" type=\"text\/javascript\" class=\"vc_controls\">UNCODE.initRow(document.getElementById(\"row-unique-3\"));<\/script><\/div><\/div><\/div><div data-parent=\"true\" class=\"vc_row limit-width row-container\" id=\"row-unique-4\"><div class=\"row single-top-padding single-bottom-padding single-h-padding row-parent\"><div class=\"wpb_row row-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_column pos-top pos-center align_left column_parent col-lg-12 single-internal-gutter\"><div class=\"uncol style-light\"  ><div class=\"uncoltable\"><div class=\"uncell\" ><div class=\"uncont no-block-padding col-custom-width\" style=\" max-width:804px;\" ><div class=\"vc_custom_heading_wrap\"><div class=\"heading-text el-text\" ><h3 class=\"font-480443 h3\" ><span><b>Perch\u00e9 la differenza \u00e8 metodologica<\/b><\/span><\/h3><\/div><div class=\"clear\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"uncode_text_column\" ><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c8 qui che si gioca la differenza rispetto ad altri approcci. Molti fissano un budget iniziale, ma non hanno metodo n\u00e9 disciplina per monitorarlo davvero mentre il progetto evolve. Il risultato \u00e8 che ci si accorge di essere fuori budget troppo tardi, spesso solo alla gara o dopo, quando parte il classico value engineering tardivo. Ed \u00e8 proprio allora che si rischia di tagliare le parti pi\u00f9 interessanti del progetto, invece che proteggerle per tempo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\">Per Altis, il progressive budgeting \u00e8 parte integrante del metodo perch\u00e9 rende il budget una promessa verificabile passo dopo passo, non solo una cifra iniziale.
