Altis was commissioned to design and build an innovative and flexible workspace within the D3A Building in EUR, conceived not only as a functional office but also as a showcase for Stim Tech's cutting-edge technologies.

DESIGNED TO REVOLUTIONISE THE WORLD OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS

Initially, the project was focused on creating an office space that embodied the group’s core values: technological innovation and efficiency. During construction, the client decided to expand the scope by leasing an additional floor, dedicated to an Innovation Hub showcasing the most advanced Unified Collaboration solutions and the latest machine learning and artificial intelligence systems applied to telecommunications.

The design is elegant and corporate, characterised by neutral tones such as beige, black, and wood accents. Special attention was given to acoustic comfort, achieved through ceiling baffles and technical blackout and sound-absorbing curtains.

DYNAMIC AND INTERACTIVE SPACES

The Innovation Hub has been designed to seamlessly integrate cutting-edge technology, featuring meeting rooms equipped with interactive screens, multimedia whiteboards, and state-of-the-art audio-video systems, as well as a lounge area powered by Cisco technology.
At the heart of the space is a dedicated conference room for presentations, featuring a custom-built Samsung video wall and a fully equipped control station.
The Innovation Hub serves a dual purpose: it provides hands-on demonstrations for potential clients while fostering collaboration and innovation among employees.
