Enfinity Global develops, finances and manages renewable energy assets across Europe, Asia and the Americas. For its new Italian headquarters, the objective was to transform the concept developed by the Spanish practice B+R Arquitectos Asociados into a fully operational workplace while preserving its identity, design quality and attention to detail.
From Concept to Reality
Altis oversaw the detailed design development and turnkey delivery of the project, translating internationally defined design guidelines into a tangible and fully functional workplace. Every decision was made to maintain consistency with the original concept while ensuring operational efficiency and construction quality.
A Consistent Design Language
Curved forms, natural materials and details inspired by the brand identity define the entire project. Organic geometries reference the Enfinity logo and guide visitors through the workplace, from the reception area to the collaborative spaces. Timber, copper finishes and neutral tones contribute to creating an elegant and contemporary environment that clearly expresses the company's character.
Transparency and Collaboration
The organisation of the workplace promotes openness and visual continuity. Glazed meeting rooms, enclosed offices and operational areas are arranged along a central circulation route that provides clarity, orientation and ease of navigation. Transparent partitions maintain a sense of brightness and connection between different functions while ensuring appropriate levels of privacy.
Spaces Designed Around People
Alongside the operational areas, the workplace includes spaces dedicated to interaction, collaboration and everyday wellbeing. Reception areas, lounges, waiting areas, informal meeting spaces and a bright breakout area overlooking the terraces contribute to creating a welcoming and flexible environment.
