International Investment Company – Precision under pressure
Rome
Sabre develops technology solutions that connect people, companies and services across the travel industry. The new Rome office was created to support collaboration, flexibility and everyday wellbeing, translating the company's culture into an open and inclusive workplace.

The workplace is organised around a bright open-plan environment designed to encourage interaction and collaboration. The area dedicated to the General Manager follows the same principle: an open workspace separated from the rest of the office only by furniture and greenery, reflecting an organisational culture built on accessibility and open dialogue.
The meeting rooms have been designed to adapt to different needs. Thanks to a movable partition, two meeting rooms can be combined into a single boardroom for larger gatherings, while integrated audiovisual systems support hybrid working and remote collaboration. A flexible arrangement that accommodates different forms of interaction throughout the day.
Acoustic comfort and ergonomics informed many of the project's key design decisions. Height-adjustable desks, sound-absorbing panels made from recycled plastic, technical flooring and solutions dedicated to environmental quality all contribute to enhancing the everyday experience of employees. Sustainability is also reflected in the selection of materials and furnishings, including a rug produced from plastic recovered from the ocean.

Breakout areas, informal lounges, brainstorming spaces and multifunctional environments create additional opportunities for interaction and knowledge sharing. Graphics inspired by paper aeroplanes appear throughout corridors and meeting rooms, transforming the company's mission “We make travel happen” into a recognisable element of the workplace experience. The result is an environment that combines functionality, sustainability and identity in a way that feels authentically aligned with the world of Sabre.
